While not a traditional matcha tea ceremony recipe, this one is delicious and will introduce you to the healing antioxidant benefits of matcha.
Heat almond milk and maple syrup/honey (if using) in a small pot.
Add matcha powder to cup.
When milk is hot, add about 1/4 cup to powder and stir until well combined and a paste forms.
Add the rest of the milk, stir and enjoy.
