Lunch and Learn sessions provide simple, effective ways for offices to improve the overall health of their employees. Healthy employees have more energy, reduced stress, are more productive and take fewer sick days.
Programs are offered in interactive formats that your employees will find engaging and fun. Through lunch and learns, your employees will be provided with the tools and motivation to take positive action. All participants will receive free product gifts and a meal plan with recipes.

NUTRITIONIST IN THE HOUSE
Periodic ”nutritionist in house” days – in office or remote consulting available
Employees pay for their own consulting service and submit their receipts for reimbursement from their benefits provider.
This works well when nutrition services are covered by extended health benefits. This service is no cost to the employer while creating convenience and ease of access for the employees to benefit from this service.
All documentation and exchanges of information are completed in a PIPEDA and HIPPA compliant software for the safety and security of your employees’ health information. All consultations are kept confidential.
4 WEEK WELLNESS PROGRAM
“Friendly competition incents positive change”
This 4-week wellness program supports employees to create new healthy habits in the areas of nutrition, movement & mindset. Support throughout the 4 weeks provides the employees with the help they need when they need it. The program focuses on sustainable habit changes that continue to provide the wellbeing return on investment long after the program is complete.
Live sessions enhance the challenge experience
Bonnie will come into the office or facilitate a live webinar to introduce and create excitement around the program. The same will happen again to wrap up and provide ideas for continuing the journey. Each week will have a new theme and the daily challenge email will add more relevant information and inspire change. Daily challenges include small, consistent actions that when developed into habits make a significant impact on overall health.
- Employees receive a daily email to log completion of the daily task.
- Questions are answered in a private Facebook group.
- Each week, the top scorer/team wins a prize.
Meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists are included. Guidelines for eating out and alternative meal prep ideas are also provided.
