Vanilla Latte


Here is a delicious beverage that you’re going to love. Its a cross between a latte and a smoothie and is great at breakfast time or as a snack.


It uses soaked almonds to reduce the phytic acid and boost mineral absorption. Read all about that here.

Vanilla Latte

This is a delicious morning beverage that has a balance between healthy fats, carbs and a bit of protein. Soaking the almonds before making it helps them to blend up more easily. To make a complete breakfast, add a bit more protein.

  • 1/4 cup almonds soaked overnight and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee, cold or chai tea if you prefer
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until almonds are smooth. Add ice if desired. Enjoy!
